At the heart of Document Cloud is Acrobat DC – the industry standard for creating, sharing and editing PDFs – which was completely rearchitected for the initial release several years ago. “Acrobat 2017” is the most recent perpetual desktop version of Acrobat – in other words, not the latest release. “Acrobat DC 2019” is the current subscription version of Acrobat.
